Oscar Mayer is hiring an OTR Wienermobile driver

If you’re looking to get a little more attention on the highway, a famous hot dog manufacturer might just have the job for you.

Oscar Mayer has announced that they are hiring for a driver (also known as a “Hotdogger”) to operate their one of their iconic 27 foot long Wienermobiles to travel coast to coast.

The position lasts for only a year, is described as “100% travel,” and includes required television, radio, and charity event appearances.

No CDL is required for the Hotdogger driving position, but a Bachelor’s degree is, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Benefits of the job include competitive pay and “a company car guaranteed to turn heads.”

Oscar Mayer’s first Weinermobile debuted in 1936 and as many as six of the vehicles now travel around the country making appearances.

Oscar Mayer says that they are accepting applications now through January 31 and that the position starts in June. You can click here to learn how to apply if you’re interested.
