Pilot Flying J to honor military members with free breakfast

Published:

Truck stop giant Pilot Flying J is celebrating Veterans Day by offering current and former military members a free breakfast.

From November 8 — 11, Pilot Flying J says that they are offering a free coffee (any size) and a choice of one free PJ Fresh breakfast sandwich, breakfast pizza or breakfast grill item. The offer is valid for all active duty and retired military members.

To access the offer, Pilot Flying J asks users to download the company app.

Pilot Flying J is also donating $100,000 Call of Duty Endowment — a group that helps veterans transition to civilian jobs — as part of their Veterans Day activities.

Pilot Flying J is also debuting a flag-themed coffee cup for Veterans Day.

“As a veteran-founded company, we have immense gratitude for our country’s servicemen and women,” said Ken Parent, president of Pilot Flying J. “We proudly honor those who serve and look forward to welcoming veterans to our travel centers to enjoy a coffee and breakfast on us this Veterans Day. In appreciation of our many veteran team members and guests, it is our privilege to support the Call of Duty Endowment to help veterans find great careers.”
