‘Top Companies for Women to Work For in Transportation’ 2019 list revealed
This week, the Women In Trucking Association (WIT) released a list of the transportation companies that go the extra mile to help their female employees succeed.
2019 marks just the second year the WIT has compiled the “Top Companies for Women to Work for in Transportation” list. The list is made up of motor carriers, third party logistics companies, and equipment manufacturers.
According to WIT, the companies that made the list stood out for company cultures that foster gender diversity as well as providing employees with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities.
