Trooper directing traffic gets bullied by brutal wind

A Minnesota State Patrol trooper attempting to direct traffic around a jackknifed semi truck fights a losing battle against high wind and ice in a dash cam video clip.

On Thursday, April 11, the Minnesota State Patrol (MSP) shared a dash cam video clip featuring a trooper’s losing battle with harsh winter weather conditions brought on by an April storm system.

MSP writes:

Wind: 1. Trooper: 0. A trooper directing traffic around a jackknifed semi this morning on Highway 86 and Interstate 90 in Jackson County was knocked to the ground by a wind gust. The trooper was not injured, but the video is a reminder of the dangerous conditions caused by this April snowstorm.
