The traffic video of a semi truck plunging off of an overpass has been released to the public after a serious wreck Wednesday.
The accident happened in Cincinnati, Ohio early Wednesday morning at the downtown Third Street exit on Interstate 471.
In the video, the rig can be seen traveling along the curve of the roadway before flipping over the barrier wall and plunging onto Monastery Street below.
The tractor trailer landed upside down, trapping the driver, 53-year-old Vincente Pinto, and his passenger inside. Crews worked to free Pinto and his passenger for almost an hour before extracting them from the wrecked truck, reportedJournal-News.
Pinto sustained serious injuries but is in stable condition, while his passenger sustained only minor injuries.
