Wisconsin police are sending out heartfelt thanks to a trucking company for their efforts to help find a missing teenage girl.
On Thursday, December 3, the Barron County Sheriff’s Department issued a thank you to Karl’s Transport trucking company for transforming one of their trailers into a moving billboard to help find 13 year old Jayme Closs, who has been missing since October 15.
The trailer features a physical description and photos of Closs as well as contact information for anyone who might have spotted her.
The Barron County Sheriff’s Department writes:
Special thanks to Karl’s Transport and South Side Design and Graphics for the Jayme Closs trailer. Karl’s Transport will now have it on the road traveling across the USA. It is their, and the rest of the country, deepest desire for Jayme to be found safe and hope that this will help.
Closs’s parents were found murdered in their home in Barron, Wisconsin, on October 15 and she has been missing ever since. Police believe that she may have been abducted.
Anyone with information on Jayme Closs is asked to call the tipline at 1-855-744-3879. A cash reward totaling $50,000 is being offered for information on her whereabouts.
