Like it or not, the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA)’s 72 hour truck inspection blitz is happening this week.

Here’s what you need to know to be ready for this year’s International Roadcheck enforcement activities.

ROADCHECK 2019 AT A GLANCE

*It’s happening Tuesday, June 4 — Thursday, June 6.

*It isn’t just taking place in the U.S. — Canada and Mexico are also participating.

*Most drivers who are inspected will receive the full 37 point North American Standard Level I Inspection.

*This year’s violation emphasis category is steering components and suspension systems.

*During Roadcheck 2018, 67,502 roadside inspections were conducted and 11,897 vehicles were placed out of service in a 72 hour period.
