A motorist’s dash cam captured the moment that a semi truck driver succumbed to the same high winds that troubled several other truckers in Texas.
The dash cam video was shared by YouTube user SONICGOURD on March 13.
The video was captured earlier in the day on March 13 in Canyon, Texas. In the video, you can see that wind pushes the trailer to the right side of the roadway, eventually flipping the truck and leaving it lying on its side, completely blocking both lanes of the road.
According to the video description “The driver and passenger were both okay. The Texas panhandle had sustained winds over 50mph and gusts over 75mph.”
Dozens of semi trucks were blown over in Texas on Wednesday.
