Dozens of people were placed under arrest for blocking a Kentucky bridge as part of a protest activity on Monday.
The protest against police violence began around 11 a.m. on June 29 on the Clark Memorial Bridge in Louisville, Kentucky.
In video captured at the scene, you can see several passenger vehicles stopped on the bridge as well as police cruisers blocking each end of the bridge.
Protesters displayed signs with the name and images of Breonna Taylor, who was killed by police.
The bridge remained closed until 3 p.m.
In addition to towing 19 vehicles from the bridge, the Louisville Metro Police Department also arrested 43 people in connection to the protest.
The bridge connects Louisville, Kentucky, to Jeffersonville, Indiana, and is one of the only toll-free bridges over the Ohio River.
