75 truck parking spots pop up in Kansas with opening of new Love’s

Published:

Love’s Travel Stops and Country stores opened up a new truck stop location in Kansas this week.

The new location opened on Thursday, February 6, off Highway 75 in Topeka, Kansas.

Among the amenities being offered at the Topeka location are 75 truck parking spaces, Chester’s Chicken, Godfather’s Pizza, and Subway restaurants, six diesel bays, five showers, laundry facilities, and a CAT scale.

“We’re excited to now be serving customers at our 26th location in Kansas,” said Tom Love, founder and executive chairman of Love’s. “We know that there’s a shortage of parking for professional drivers in this corridor, so we’re happy to add to the number of spaces available.”

The Topeka location is the 26th Love’s store in the state of Kansas.

In January, Love’s announced plans to open 40 new truck stop locations in 2020.
