A truck driver narrowly escaped injury Wednesday after a flying hunk of metal crashed through their windshield.
CDLLife App User Mark V. made this post to the App on Wednesday, August 26th and had this to say of the situation:
“My buddy sent my this picture he said he was driving through Ohio and a another truck was in front of him and something flew back and hit his windshield thankfully it didn’t go all the way thru and hit him he said it is a landing gear plate off of a trailer he said it almost caused him to crash but he’s ok thankfully.”
Concerned fellow drivers took to the comment section to offer thanks he was not hurt. One even guessed what the mysterious metal might be:
