AMBER ALERT: Police say missing children are in semi truck

A sheriff’s office located in Nevada has issued an Amber Alert for two children thought to be transported in a semi truck.

On Wednesday morning, the Storey County Sheriff’s Office issued an Amber Alert to ask for public assistance in locating 36 year old California resident Angel Medina and his two children, Ariana, age 6, and Liam, age 3.

Police say that Medina is believed to be driving a white semi truck with an Acevedo Trucking logo out of Stockton, California, with an unknown license plate number.

Medina was last seen at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center located in Reno, Nevada, just before 11 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24.

Police issued the following description of the two children:

Ariana was last seen wearing gray pajama pants with stars and a gray shirt over a pink short-sleeve shirt with a guitar and star graphics. Liam has a mohawk haircut and was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt with 3 buttons and a side pocket with blue or gray sweatpants
