Baffling bike rider drafts a dump truck at 40 MPH

Caught on camera — a bicycle rider dangerously drafts within a few feet of the rear of a dump truck.

While drafting may save the bike rider some pedaling (in theory), he doesn’t seem to understand the real world implications of what could happen if the dump truck driver had to hit his brakes.
