While an oversized load crash caused some serious vehicular damage in Wyoming yesterday, all humans and animals survived without major injury.

The crash occurred around 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16, in Sundance, Wyoming as a semi truck hauling a large wind turbine blade rounded a corner into the Port of Entry and became involved in a collision with a pilot vehicle and another semi truck hauling a load of cattle.

The truck hauling the oversized load overturned, and the wind turbine blade struck both the livestock trailer and the pilot car. The pilot vehicle later caught fire.

According to the Wyoming Department of Transportation, no injuries were reported and no cattle were harmed in the crash.
