Dashcam Footage of Football Star’s Attack on Truck Driver Released

Antonio Brown

Recently-released video from a truck driver’s dash camera captured the January alteration between former NFL star Antonio Brown and a household goods driver.

The incident occurred on January 21, 2020 in Hollywood, Florida at Brown’s home.

The altercation began when the truck driver arrived to deliver Brown’s furniture.

Before unloading the furniture, the driver told Brown that he was still owed thousands of dollars and would need to be paid to make the delivery.

TMZ reports that as the argument escalated, Brown climbed up on the truck, forced his way into the cab, and began to strike the truck driver.

On the video, you can hear Brown’s girlfriend trying to deescalate the situation and make payment for the delivery, but Brown appears visibly agitated.

Brown can be seen approaching the driver’s side of the truck again.

As Brown is pacing in front of the truck, the truck driver called police. The driver tells police that his shirt had been torn and that he has been hit.

Brown’s trainer, Glenn Holt, allegedly took the keys from the driver and unloaded the furniture himself.

When police arrived, Holt was arrested and taken to jail. Brown went into his house and refused to come out; however, he did eventually turn himself in.

Brown is facing multiple charges including burglary, battery and criminal mischief. His hearing is set for June.
