Delivery truck driver fatally shot at Memphis restaurant

Tennessee police are investigating the shooting death of a delivery truck driver at a restaurant location in south Memphis on Monday.

The Memphis Police Department said that the shooting occurred at a Jack Pirtle’s Chicken location at 1217 S. Bellevue on Monday morning.

When police arrived on the scene, they found a delivery truck driver who had suffered multiple gun shot wounds.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have not made any arrests at this time.

Officers are on the scene of a shooting victim at 1217 S. Bellevue. The adult male victim was located inside a vehicle suffering from a GSW. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
