A drive-by shooting ended in a crash with a semi trailer in North Carolina on Tuesday.
The incident occurred in Durham, North Carolina at 2:18 p.m. on September 22nd.
According to WRAL News, the victim was driving their vehicle along the 2100 block of Cheek Road when an occupant in another vehicle fired a shot at the victim’s car. The shot wounded the victim and they lost control, sending them crashing into the back of a trailer parked on the side of the road.Â
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. No other injuries have been reported.
The incident is still under investigation.
