The driver of a cement truck has been charged after rolling their truck for the second time in two months Wednesday evening.

The accident happened on October 7th at around 7:30 p.m. in Pittston, Maine.

The Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office reports that 39-year-old driver Cory Williams was driving the truck south along Route 27 when he veered off the road, rolling the truck onto the passenger side. Williams reportedly told police that he lost control on the curve.

Williams was not injured in the accident, but officials say that this is the second time in the last two months that he has rolled a truck in this area of town, reported WABI 5 News.

Williams has been charged with operating under the influence and illegal possession of schedule W drugs, a classification that includes heroine, cocaine, oxycodone, and methamphetamine.
