Extreme winds blow over at least seven semis in Inland Empire

Wind gusts are wreaking havoc on trucks.

California transportation officials are urging drivers to use caution after high winds blew over several semi trucks on Monday and Tuesday.

On Tuesday morning, Caltrans reported seven blown-over trucks in the Inland Empire area.

Caltrans issued an advisory for trucks to stay away from I-15 in the Fontana/Devore area.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

The National Weather Service San Deigo reported wind gusts of 50 to 70 m.p.h.

Caltrans also reported multiple blown-over trucks on I-15 on Monday and urged drivers to steer clear.
