A man was fatally crushed in a serious accident at a Honolulu trucking company on Tuesday afternoon. 

The accident happened on December 8th at around 2:20 p.m. at Kano Trucking Services at 224 Mokauea Street in Honolulu, Hawaii. 

According to KHON 2 News, the 64-year-old unnamed man was unloading a heavy shipment from a truck when a large crate fell and “pinned” him. 

When emergency services arrived, they performed “advanced life saving measures” on the man, but were unable to save him due to his critical condition. 

Kano Trucking Services has yet to comment on the incident.
