Overturned tractor trailer on Jimmy Carter Blvd and Brook Hollow Pkwy. We counted 8 cars that got hit by the 18 wheeler. I’m checking with police to see if anyone was injured and what led to this. @wsbtv pic.twitter.com/ykRcttGhZR

Early reports indicate that the semi truck was involved in a crash with two passenger vehicles that were stopped at a traffic light on westbound Jimmy Carter Boulevard. This crash caused the truck driver to lose control and veer off the roadway, down an embankment, and into the gas station parking lot.
