A Illinois-based flatbed carrier recently shared an action-movie-worthy video ad that proves that Hollywood has nothing on trucking in terms of day-to-day drama and excitement.

GT Express Inc. has already established itself as a carrier of choice for both drivers and customers by emphasizing safety and responsibility, but lately they’ve garnered a little extra attention thanks to a slick commercial featuring one of their drivers coming to the rescue of a helicopter pilot who experienced major engine failure.

The quick clip features a desert backdrop, a panicked helicopter pilot, and a GT Express Kenworth racing to save the day. Check it out below.

While company drivers may not be rescuing helicopter pilots every day at GT Express, many say that they are proud to work for a company that takes pride in their their safety record. By focusing on good communication, honesty, responsibility, and dedication to all safety rules and regulations, drivers are able to complete some really interesting heavy hauls — safely.

Established in 2012, GT Express is based in Mokena, Illinois, and provides flatbed, step-deck and conestoga transportation services to 48 states. They offer drivers highly competitive pay, new equipment, and excellent home time options.
