Love’s announced that they’ll be offering discounted or free inspection services at nearly 400 locations nationwide to prep drivers for a major CMV inspection campaign.
On August 25, Love’s made the announcement that they’ll be offering free TirePass inspections and half-priced DOT inspections at more than 390 Love’s Truck Care and Speedco locations September 7 — 11.
The discounted inspections are meant to get truckers ready for the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s 2020 International Roadcheck, which was postponed in May due to Coronavirus concerns and rescheduled for September 9 — 11. This year’s Roadcheck will focus on driver requirements.
“Love’s Truck Care and Speedco team members want to help drivers be safe and legal on the road and this event aims to help drivers be both of those things,” said Gary Price, executive vice president of truck care for Love’s. “We know time is important to professional truck drivers, so by having the TirePass inspection completed – including mud flap and light inspections – while they fuel up, we can save them time and prepare them for CVSA Roadcheck.”
