The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released few details about a man who passed away after being found unresponsive in a semi truck at a service plaza early this morning.
Ohio troopers say that they were called to the Indian Meadows Service Plaza located near mile marker 20 on the Ohio Turnpike around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 12.
When troopers arrived, they found a person later identified as 51 year old Tennessee resident Victor W. Yakkey III unresponsive in a semi truck and lying between the two seats.
Troopers performed CPR until paramedics arrived on scene.
Yakkey was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The cause of death has not been released and the incident remains under investigation.
