Maryland motorists film as tractor trailer is blown over in gut-churning video

A truck toppled due to wind on the Maryland bridge this morning, and a family in a passenger vehicle following the truck filmed and called police to provide assistance.

Around 11 a.m. on Tuesday August 4, three tractor trailers were blown over on the Frederick C. Malkus Bridge that crosses the Choptank River in Cambridge, Maryland.

Facebook user Dena Wanex shared video of the moment that one of the trucks was blown over. In her video, you can also hear someone in the car calling for help for the truck driver. The family also stops to ask the truck driver if he is okay as they see him exiting the toppled truck, then invites him into their car for shelter from the harsh weather.

This is the first truck we saw flip!
