Motorist arrested after pointing gun at cattle hauler

A motorist was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly pointing a firearm at a truck driver during a road rage incident. 

The altercation occurred on October 20th at around 12:05 a.m. in Keith County, Nebraska, when a man in a Ford pickup pointed a gun at a truck driver hauling cattle during a road rage incident.

According to the Nebraska State Patrol, the truck driver reported the incident to police, who later stopped the motorist near mile marker 164 along Interstate 80. 

Upon investigation of the vehicle, police discovered a handgun and the motorist was promptly arrested. 

The motorist, later identified as 39-year-old Victor Troches Reyes, is now facing charges for making terroristic threats, carrying a concealed weapon and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
