The Ohio State Highway Patrol shared intense dash cam footage of a near head-on crash involving a semi truck and a passenger vehicle.
The video was captured on December 23 on U.S. 33 in Athens County, Ohio.
Troopers wrote, “Check out this scary moment as a commercial vehicle almost causes a head-on crash… right in front of an Athens Post unit! Troopers will continue to focus on violations like this one, #DistractedDriving, and #ImpairedDriving as we head into the new year.”
The truck driver was reportedly cited for distracted driving.
