Police are investigating the possibility of a suicide after a man was killed by a semi truck in California on Wednesday.
The accident happened on December 16th at around 3:40 a.m. near Cabazon.
According to Patch News, a semi truck was traveling along Interstate 10 west of the Haugan-Lehman Way exit when it struck a pedestrian, killing them. The truck driver was unhurt in the incident.
Witnesses, including the truck driver, say it appeared as if the man intentionally ran in front of the moving rig, and police are now investigating the incident as a possible suicide.
The family of the 22-year-old man, Jack Fisher, has started a GoFundMe in order to help cover funeral costs.
