Thirty-two people were ticketed for using their cellphones to take pictures or videos of a three-truck crash that claimed the life of a truck driver on Wednesday.
Saskatoon police issued 32, $580 distracted-driving tickets to the offenders.

The distracted drivers weren’t ticketed at the scene — instead, police took down the driver’s license plate numbers and are mailing out the tickets.
The 3-truck crash occurred at the intersection of Circle Drive and College Drive in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada on Wednesday at 9:20 am. The crash claimed the life of a 51-year-old truck driver. Another truck driver was taken to a hospital with minor inures. The third truck driver was not injured.
