This incident occurred on September 3rd in Fredonia, New York, at the Route 20 and Route 60 roundabout.
According to The Post-Journal, the semi truck hauling the over sized load was traveling west on Route 20 when it attempted to make a left-hand turn onto Route 60 south. As it turned, the truck was unable to squeeze past a yield sign placed at the entrance to the roundabout, halting traffic.
Officials were forced to move multiple temporary traffic control barrels and cones in order for the truck to complete the turn.
