Semi-truck thieves accidentally leave GoPro recording of their crime as evidence

Authorities are searching for several suspects after footage of a semi-truck theft was recovered in Cleveland, OH.

On July 28, a semi-truck with a trailer was stolen from JP Logistics located at 3700 block of Valley Road. 

After the semi was recovered, the victim’s GoPro camera was discovered to still be inside the vehicle.

The camera had captured video evidence of the suspects as they broke into the trailer, rummaged through the driver’s belongings, and then drove the trailer to a nearby parking lot.

Pictures of the suspects were posted to the Second District Community Relations Committee Facebook page.
