Sex trafficking victim seriously hurt after leaping from semi, another may be in ‘grave danger’

Texas police are asking the public to help them locate a truck that they believe may be transporting a sex trafficking victim who is in “grave danger.”

According to a news release from the Cisco Police Department, officers were called to the Flying J/Denny’s on IH20 in Cisco around 9 p.m. on August 26 for reports of a woman who was seriously injured.

The woman said that she had been kidnapped in El Paso, Texas, and she had been injured after jumping from the truck that was transporting her.

Police believe that the woman was going to be used in sex trafficking operations.

Police also say that there is believed to be another female still onboard the truck who is in danger.

Cisco Police say that they are looking for a “green truck tractor with a white stripe and pulling a white box type trailer.” The suspects in the truck are described as two Cuban males and a caucasian male. 

The female who jumped from the truck is currently under care from crisis workers.

 Anyone with information is asked to call local law enforcement at 254-629-1728.
