A bus driver was taken to the hospital Wednesday after a steel beam crashed through his passenger side window.
The accident happened on November 18th at around 10:15 a.m. in Portland, Oregon.
Portland Police report that a semi truck hauling a steel beam misjudged a turn at the intersection of Northeast 8th Avenue and East Burnside Street. The miscalculated turn sent the steel beam crashing through the passenger side window of the bus, injuring the bus driver.
Luckily, the bus driver’s injuries are minor, and no other injuries have been reported according to Fox 12 Oregon.
