This trucking company is working on it’s 12th year of holiday cheer

Published:

A Wisconsin semi truck dealership is spreading a little holiday cheer for the twelfth year in a row as part of their Truckers for Tots campaign.

Mid-state Truck Service has hosted Truckers for Tots as part of the Toys for Tots program for the last decade, and this year is no exception. Each holiday season, the trucking company raises money and puts it towards a toy-shopping spree so that underprivileged children can have their Christmas wishes answered on that special morning.

This year, Mid-state Trucking was able to raise $50,000, and had a great time spending it on all kinds of toys.

“We get to act like kids again,” said Stepahnie Ott, Mid-state’s Marketing Manager.

“It gives you a great feeling to do that knowing that these gifts are going to get opened on Christmas morning by children that otherwise may not have had something to open,” added President of Mid-state Truck Service Jon Vandehey.
