Trucker arrested for allegedly driving through picket line, striking three people

New York police say that a truck driver has been arrested after he reportedly drove through a line of striking workers and hit three people on Tuesday morning.

The incident occurred at the LVD Strippit plant in Akron, New York around 8 a.m. on February 4.

Police say that the truck driver drove through a line of striking workers, hitting three of them.

All three people were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

WKBW reports that the truck driver was charged with reckless endangerment and that his truck was impounded.

The incident is still under investigation.

The video below was reportedly captured just after the workers were hit by the truck.
