A CDLLife App user and truck driver was robbed in Bakersfield, California earlier this week. Now, his fellow CDLLife App members are coming together to help replace what was stolen from him.
“Well I don’t even know what to say,” wrote Jr Guess in his post announcing the robbery.
“Looks like I need to go shopping seeing how they took everything…”
The thief shattered both the passenger and driver’s side windows on the truck and stole everything inside, from the TV to the coffee pot to the food he had leftover.
Thankfully, the driver was not harmed in the incident, so his fellow app members took to the comments to offer condolences, support, and even extra supplies.
“If you need anything let me know. I can send you whatever you need,” wrote one.
“I have a couple GPS if you need one. Let me know,” wrote another.
“If you were nearby my house I could give you a 32 inch TV that I’m not using…. I also have a GPS you can use that still works. Hope you get what you need,” added a third.
Hopefully the driver will be able to get back on his feet soon with the help of his CDLLife App community. As always, be safe out there drivers!
