
A truck driver survived an interstate shooting in Memphis today, according to police.
The Memphis Police Department says that they were contacted by a truck driver who had been shot by a motorist around 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7.

The truck driver told police that he had been shot by a person in a silver Nissan Maxima while he was driving on I-240 westbound between Getwell and Lamar.
The truck driver was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
Police blocked all lanes of the interstate while looking for evidence but all lanes reopened around 1:15 p.m.
