A group of truck drivers came together in Houston on Monday afternoon to protest for fair pay.
On Monday afternoon, a group of truckers took to Houston’s southbound East Loop to protest.
Local news outlet ABC 13 reports that the drivers are displaying a large sign that reads “We are the resistance. Honest prices on loads. Fair fees from insurance companies. Broker regulations.”
Houston Police have shut down a portion of 610 at McCarty for the protest, which has caused a large traffic backup.
