Truckers kidnapped, tortured and killed in Florida

Miami police say that three truck drivers were kidnapped, bound, brutally tortured then shot in the head execution-style. Their bodies were dumped on a South Florida street. One of the victims survived.

According to the Miami Herald, the incident occurred Saturday in Opa-locka, Florida, near Miami.

The survivor, whose name is not being released, told police that men kidnapped kidnapped them, tied their hands behind their backs and put them in the back of a “moving-type truck” and tortured them for hours before shooting them in the head and dumping their bodies.

The survivor was able to flag down a passerby who called police. The critically injured victim was taken to an area hospital.

The deceased victims have been identified as Osmar Oliva, 50, and Johan Gonzalez Quesada, 26.

Oliva reportedly owned Oliva Delivery Corp in Opa-locka. According to the FMCSA, Oliva Delivery Corp operates 20 power units and employs 20 drivers.

No additional information has been released. Miami-Dade Police are investigation the incident. They are seeking the public’s help for information.
