A dump truck crashes into a highway barrier, sending concrete chunks flying at the dash cammer’s car.
The dash cam video was captured on October 1, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas.
The dash cammer writes: “”I was driving on the freeway when a dump truck coming from the opposite direction lost control and angled directly at my car. The dump truck collided with the concrete barrier, stopping it, saving my life, but ejecting large concrete blocks into my car and windshield. Large concrete blocks came through my windshield and damaged many interior parts; the doors, armrest, dash, steering wheel, etc. I was able to keep control of the car and get off the highway, and found myself uninjured save for glass from the windshield covering everything, including my face.”
