A truck driver is lucky to be alive after a sudden stop sent a steel plate through the cab of his vehicle.
The CCTV video was captured in eastern China on December 14.
In the video, you can see the truck slow as it approaches an intersection. A steel plate on the trailer slides forward and strikes the truck, knocking the cab into the intersection.
According to local news outlets, the truck driver was trapped inside the wreckage, but suffered only minor injuries.
