VIDEO: Tire blowout topples cement truck

A dash cam was rolling to catch the frightening moment that a tire blowout turned the world upside down for a cement truck driver.

The video was captured on an Illinois roadway on August 4, 2020.

The dash cammer writes, “I was on the way to a job site when a cement truck blew a tire and flipped over on the highway. The driver was ok.”
