A truck hauling propane tanks caused a massive explosion and wall of fire in Delbert, Nova Scotia on June 21, 2020.
The fire was reported late Sunday night on Plains Road. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police and several fire crews responded to the scene.

The truck was allegedly carrying 1,000 20-pound propane tanks.
The intense flames forced crews to keep their distance at first. They were able to battle the fire once propane tanks stopped exploding.
The incident caused extensive damage to the roadway and no injuries were reported.
Fire Chief Shane Slack said that the fire started in the truck’s trailer brakes, then spread, according to CBC.
Some witnesses were able to capture the fire on video.
