The Arizona Department of Transportation has debuted a new website feature allowing truck drivers to better plan their routes.
The new map allows truck drivers to search for potential commercial vehicle restrictions along their route though a toggle feature that lists length and width restrictions, escort requirements, and any other information relevant to truck accessibility.
To use the truck mapping feature, visit the Arizona 511 website and click “Map Legend” on the right side of the page. At the bottom of the list of options, drivers will find a checkbox labeled “truck restrictions” which will showcase restrictions and other information on the map when clicked.
