This week, an Arkansas-based carrier announced the largest pay increase in the company’s nearly four decades in operation.

Effective the first week of April, Transco Lines, Inc. (TLI) says that they are enacting the largest pay increase for solo drivers in the company’s 37-year history. The pay increase will be available to both incoming drivers and those who are already with the company.

The major pay increase is being offered as a gesture of appreciation for TLI’s hardworking professional drivers.

“TLI drivers are among the safest  on America’s highways and our drivers are truly the TLI difference,” said TLI President Terry Wallace.

Since its founding in 1984, Russellville, Arkansas-based TLI has been an industry leader in servicing customers across the country with a well-trained, professional driver force. The award-winning company operates 350 power units, 700 trailers, and employs 175 solo drivers and 170 driver teams.
