EAGAN, Minn. – Bay & Bay Transportation (Bay & Bay) is giving drivers another reason to join their team. Effective December 23, 2021 drivers joining the Midwest-based carrier will start between $0.60 and $0.64 base pay per mile plus accessorial pay.

In May 2021, they raised driver company pay $0.05 CPM and in July 2021, Bay & Bay announced an unprecedented pay increase for independent contractors with a base pay of $1.40 up to $2.00 on loaded miles and $1.10 on empty miles.
