A Miller Lite semi truck crashed through a home in North Carolina Thursday afternoon, completely obliterating the residence.

The accident happened on January 21st at 1:26 p.m. in the Plaza-Shamrock neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina.

According to CBS 17 News, the truck was traveling along Sugar Creek Road when it somehow jumped the curb and crashed into the house.

Thankfully, the residents of the house were not home at the time, and the truck driver suffered only minor injuries.

Neighbors say that the sound of the impact was so loud it shook the neighborhood.

“I was nervous,” said neighbor Angelia Bates, “But they were OK. I’m just glad nobody got hurt.”

The cause of the wreck is still unclear. It is not known if the driver will be charged.

The house has been deemed “unsafe to enter” due to structural damage.
