Wild video shows the moment that a semi truck struck and instantly collapsed a pedestrian bridge in Mexico on Monday.
The incident occurred Monday evening in Texcoco when a truck struck a pedestrian bridge on the Texcoco-Los Reyes La Paz highway. Part of the bridge collapsed on top of the truck.
A taxi driver was injured during the bridge strike but is expected to survive.
The truck’s bed was raised at the time of the bridge strike, according to local reports.
