Officials in Illinois are investigating after multiple trucks went up in flames overnight at two separate locations.
Firefighters responded to calls about a vehicle fire overnight into Friday at a Countryside Closeouts retail liquidator located in Springfield, Illinois.
By the time crews were able to arrive on scene, one truck had become completely engulfed and was destroyed. The fire spread to at least one other truck.
No injuries were reported.
News Channel 20 reports that a second truck fire was reported less than a mile from the first fire on Albany Street.
The outlet reports that the bed of utility truck caught fire and that by the time firefighters arrived on scene, the entire vehicle was engulfed in flames.
This truck fire is also being investigated for possible arson.
