Nevada police searching for ‘very muscular’ suspect who attacked trucker

Published:

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) in Nevada is asking for public help in identifying a person who reportedly attacked a truck driver as part of a road rage incident.

Police say that the attack occurred on September 22, 2021 at Maverick Gas Station located at 1451 College Parkway in Carson City.

Based on video evidence and the truck driver’s statement, police determined that a suspect drove his car around to the High Flow gas pumps, walked over to the victim’s semi truck, grabbed the truck driver by the throat, and slammed him up against the side of his truck.

“The victim stated the suspect told him his trailer was throwing rocks on his car then hit the victim in the face,” CCSO said.

The suspect is described as 5’8 — 6’0 tall, bald and “very muscular.” He was seen driving a white Cadillac Sedan with a custom black hood and roof with a “very loud” exhaust.

If you witnessed the incident or have information on the suspect, you’re asked to contact Deputy J. Dickey at [email protected] or 775-887-2020 ext. 45476.
